The Carp cutting machine is designed to cut a carp carcass into pieces with a width of 40 mm. The capacity of the device is regulated in the range of 500 to 1000 kg / h.
The basic units of the device are the supporting structure, the feeding conveyor and the cutting unit.
The fish to be cut is placed on the feeding conveyor, directing it with its belly towards the cutting unit. The conveyor moves the carcass under the knives of the cutting unit, after cutting the elements are transferred to a container. The service can be one or two people depending on the set work efficiency.
