Our KWGZ-3-E smokehouse has been installed in a Molding plant in Moldova. The equipment has a capacity of 750 kg / cycle.
These smoke chambers can carry out all processes of thermal processing of fish.
Cold smoking is carried out under strictly controlled conditions with a minimum smoke temperature of 10 degrees Celsius.
In addition, the chambers were equipped with water filters with a reduction efficiency of about 85%
